Boost Your Brain with ARPF Dear John, Every day next week we'll be hosting guided Kirtan Kriya meditations. All levels welcome! We want to thank everyone who has participated in years past that continue to show up and better their brain health. We also want to thank our fabulous meditation teachers who volunteer their time, energy, and spirit to put on these programs. You are all so amazing.
