1️⃣Protecting reproductive freedoms: Iowa has one of the most restrictive abortion bans in the country at only 6 weeks. Democrats believe that the right to choose should be a decision between a person and their trusted medical provider.

2️⃣Improving economic opportunity for all Iowans: Addressing our slow economy and high rate of young people leaving the state is essential to lowering costs for working families and finding innovative ways to retain Iowan talent.

3️⃣Investing in our public education system. We are committed to making Iowa a place where parents can feel confident about raising and setting their children up for success. That includes protecting our Area Education Agencies.
