Complete and send us Form REV184r, Revocation of Power of Attorney [ [link removed] ].

Revoking power of attorney is especially important if you have checked the box to receive all client correspondence*.* Your client *will not *get letters or notices from us until you revoke it.

It depends on the form we have on file.
