Action ID invitations updates
Released week of Feb. 5

ActionID invitations sent to new users now expire in 48 hours. If a user does not accept the invitation within that time, admins will need to resend the ActionID invitation.

Upcoming System Outages
- Feb. 17: General server maintenance from 6 am – 7 am ET. Users may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period (there will be no impact to scheduled Targeted Emails or form submissions for Online Actions).
- Feb. 18: General server maintenance from 6 am – 7 am ET. Users may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period.
- Feb. 19: General server maintenance from 6 am – 7 am ET. Users may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period.
- Presidents Day Closure Notice: Our offices will be closed on Feb. 19 in observance of Presidents Day. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, Feb. 20. Thank you!
