Expect noise impact on West Campus Feb. 7
*Scope & Impact: *Expect noise impact from engraving equipment. Pedestrian access around the Medal of Honor Memorial [ [link removed] ] will also be restricted.
*Where:* Medal of Honor Memorial on West Campus.
*When: *1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7.
*Why: *Four names will be added to the Medal of Honor memorial using special engraving equipment:
* Capt. Edward C. Allworth
* Staff Sgt. Ronald J. Shurer II
* 1st Lt. James Elms Swett
* Spc. Kyle J. White
"All work is weather dependent. The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services has contracted with Pacific Coast Memorials of Everett, Wash., for this effort."
