Expect noise impact on West Campus Feb. 7
Scope & Impact: Expect noise impact from engraving equipment. Pedestrian access around the Medal of Honor Memorial will also be restricted.
Where: Medal of Honor Memorial on West Campus.
When: 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7.
Why: Four names will be added to the Medal of Honor memorial using special engraving equipment:
- Capt. Edward C. Allworth
- Staff Sgt. Ronald J. Shurer II
- 1st Lt. James Elms Swett
- Spc. Kyle J. White
All work is weather dependent. The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services has contracted with Pacific Coast Memorials of Everett, Wash., for this effort.
