"Kayden's Law," a bill that aims to curb child custody decisions amid allegations of "parental alienation," is currently working its way through the Pennsylvania General Assembly ([link removed]) . It's passed the Senate, and its sponsor said it appears to have enough support to clear the House of Representatives, where it awaits a vote.

Also, the Allegheny County Housing Authority is seeking a federal grant to replace a public housing complex in McKees Rocks. With the application deadline approaching, local officials and stakeholders are still debating the housing mix details ([link removed]) .
