Community Referral Networks ([link removed]) (CRNs) bridge resource gaps in underserved communities, address social determinants of health needs, and make it easier for community members to access essential resources. With the right financial resources and collective collaboration, CRNs have the potential to create more equitable and effective healthcare systems and community health initiatives.

During this two-part webinar series, presenters will share the findings of theResearch to Pursue and Advance Racial Health Equity (RePARE)’s community-centered study ([link removed]) on the financial sustainability and impact of CRNs in promoting racial health equity. Presenters will highlight the insights and experiences of those navigating and managing CRNs, discuss emerging practices and have engaging conversations with attendees on what is and isn’t working with CRNs in our communities.

Part One: Centering Community Experiences in Resource Referral Systems
Thursday, February 15th | 1:00-2:30pm ET / 10:00-11:30am PT
* Panelists will examine how community members navigate and experience CRNs, as well as the challenges and emerging practices to CRN management.

Part Two: Developing Community Partnerships to Transform CRN Infrastructure
Thursday, February 29th | 1:00-2:30pm ET / 10:00-11:30am PT
* Panelists will have an in-depth discussion around how CRNs are staffed and funded, as well as how networks communicate their impact.

We invite community-based organizations, healthcare systems and investors interested in community referral networks to join us in these candid and interactive conversations.
