Community Referral Networks (CRNs) bridge resource gaps in underserved communities, address social determinants of health needs, and make it easier for community members to access essential resources. With the right financial resources and collective collaboration, CRNs have the potential to create more equitable and effective healthcare systems and community health initiatives.
During this two-part webinar series, presenters will share the findings of the Research to Pursue and Advance Racial Health Equity (RePARE)’s community-centered study on the financial sustainability and impact of CRNs in promoting racial health equity. Presenters will highlight the insights and experiences of those navigating and managing CRNs, discuss emerging practices and have engaging conversations with attendees on what is and isn’t working with CRNs in our communities.
