The coronavirus pandemic has placed us in uncharted territory. For many, the unknowability of these next few weeks may feel overwhelming and anxiety-provoking. If nothing else, your daily structure likely looks much different than it did just a few short weeks ago.
Maybe you're working remotely for the first time or you have kids who are temporarily being homeschooled. Whatever the changes in your day-to-day life, I hope you're taking every precaution to avoid and prevent the spread of COVID-19, by social distancing at home if you can, washing your hands often, and avoiding touching your face.
