Friend,
Do you know about the two cases being heard by the Supreme Court that could put even more power into the hands of the corrupt and unaccountable judicial branch? The Court is hearing Relentless Inc. v. U.S. Department of Commerce and Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo , two cases that have the potential to undermine, or even overturn, the Chevron doctrine.
Overturning the Chevron doctrine would strip crucial federal agencies of the ability to interpret and execute laws passed by Congress, giving that ability to the judiciary. We know how corrupt and irresponsible MAGA judges are, and the results of these cases could take away power from the people’s elected representatives in Congress and give the MAGA majority more control over all aspects of our government.
These two cases are just another example of this extremist rightwing Supreme Court trying to take more power and shows clearly how rampant the corruption in our judicial system is and how much of a danger it poses to our future. We need to keep working to root out judicial corruption at every level before they take away even more of Americans’ freedoms, so please, chip in $10 now.

With how corrupt and unaccountable the MAGA Supreme Court is, we cannot afford for them to have any more control over the government than they do right now. Federal agencies and the experts that work there need to be the ones to carry out the laws passed by Congress, not unelected judges. The MAGA Justices are not experts in those fields and do not have the capacity or expertise to carry out the critical functions of every single federal agency.
Relentless and Loper are two cases that have the ability to take away more power from the American people and put more power than ever in the hands of the rightwing Supreme Court Justices. With all the evidence of corruption on the Court, we cannot afford for them to take power from the people’s representatives and the experts at federal agencies. Please contribute $10 today so we can keep fighting for Supreme Court ethics reform- we desperately need it.
