Do you know about the two cases being heard by the Supreme Court that could put even more power into the hands of the corrupt and unaccountable judicial branch? The Court is hearing Relentless Inc. v. U.S. Department of Commerce and Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, two cases that have the potential to undermine, or even overturn, the Chevron doctrine.

Overturning the Chevron doctrine would strip crucial federal agencies of the ability to interpret and execute laws passed by Congress, giving that ability to the judiciary. We know how corrupt and irresponsible MAGA judges are, and the results of these cases could take away power from the people’s elected representatives in Congress and give the MAGA majority more control over all aspects of our government.

These two cases are just another example of this extremist rightwing Supreme Court trying to take more power and shows clearly how rampant the corruption in our judicial system is and how much of a danger it poses to our future. We need to keep working to root out judicial corruption at every level before they take away even more of Americans’ freedoms, so please, chip in $10 now.
