Zoning Code Update Open House

The City is updating the Mendota Heights Zoning Ordinance to be consistent with the adopted 2040 Comprehensive Plan. Zoning is the City?s primary tool for regulating land use and implementing the goals and policies of the City's Comprehensive Plan.

The Zoning Code imposes land use controls that regulate what can be built on individual parcels of land. Proposed developments, from new buildings to small home additions, are required to meet the requirements of the Zoning Code.?
