I’m sure you’ve seen that Donald Trump, with 91 criminal charges pending against him, overwhelmingly won the Republican caucus in Iowa. This is alarming, but not shocking, unfortunately. This shows how the Republican Party is willing to look past Trump’s insidious actions and embrace MAGA extremism.

This election will determine whether our politics will continue to slip into extremism or if the forces of justice will prevail – we simply cannot allow Donald Trump and the Republican Party to take power in 2024. That means taking back the House and electing Democrats nationwide in 2024.

As not only the First Vice Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus but as a target of the far-right for supporting immigrants everywhere and the only Black woman representing New York in Congress, I’m doing whatever I can to ensure Democrats take back the House.
