As you may have seen, earlier today, Elon Musk highlighted our organization as a resource to fight against illegal DEI practices by reposting a video promoting our Hotline and our legal fight against DEI in the corporate world. As you can imagine, this has already resulted in many additional contacts from red-blooded Americans who just want to be free from racial discrimination.

As millions of Americans are now learning, DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) is a euphemism for racism and is the opposite of equality under the law… In truth, DEI is a euphemism for woke racism and hard-core, anti-American indoctrination. This insidious DEI agenda is being quietly and assiduously implemented across our society by a network of far-left pressure groups and progressive corporate types. It is being pushed in our schools, our universities, our government, our military, and in our corporate workplaces.

We at America First Legal are fighting back every day by bringing one hard-hitting legal action and investigation after another against organizations that illegally use DEI to discriminate based on race and sex.



AFL has filed over two dozen federal civil rights complaints with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against corporations engaged in this illegal conduct. We’ve also sued Amazon, Progressive Insurance, and Meta for alleged racial and sex discrimination – just to name a few. This illegal and immoral practice must be destroyed.
