The fourth quarter (October through December 2023) Minnesota Withholding Tax return is due *January 31.*
Deposits were due according to your semiweekly or monthly deposit schedule.
*Exception*: You may make your deposit by January 31 if both of these applied:
* You withheld $1,500 or less of Minnesota withholding tax in the third quarter (July through September 2023)
* You filed third quarter?s withholding tax return on time
