Withholding Tax Quarterly Return and Deposit Due Dates

The fourth quarter (October through December 2023) Minnesota Withholding Tax return is due January 31.

Deposits were due according to your semiweekly or monthly deposit schedule.

Exception: You may make your deposit by January 31 if both of these applied:

• You withheld $1,500 or less of Minnesota withholding tax in the third quarter (July through September 2023)
• You filed third quarter?s withholding tax return on time
