We’ve just learned new information about some disturbing union-busting tactics being used by Trader Joe’s:

The first Trader Joe’s location that voted to unionize is now being hit with a decertification campaign — that could invalidate their successful union vote from 2022.

Here’s the thing. Trader Joe’s has a history of using unlawful union-busting tactics. Many employees and community members are suspicious that Trader Joe’s corporate has enlisted the help of a union-busting consulting firm — which would be against the law.

In fact, the same week as the decertification campaign was launched, Trader Joe’s leadership was working with Kulture Consulting, an infamous right-wing, anti-union consulting and media company. That seems suspicious.

This decertification campaign is a worrying threat to the Trader Joe’s union and to all workers’ rights to organize. Join us and send a message to Trader Joe’s leadership to demand they prove they’re not breaking the law. [[link removed]]
