My friends -- I wanted to check in with you regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).

I checked in with the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and expressed concerns about high-risk MD-02 residents and the availability of testing kits. I will continue to be proactive in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic.

There are precautions you can take to keep you and those around you safe:

Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Do it regularly. If you don't have access to water and soap, use hand sanitizer.
Practice safe social distances by avoiding close contact, including handshakes and selfies.
Cough or sneeze into your elbow to minimize the spread of germs.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
If you don't feel well, stay home for your protection and the protection of others.

Your friend,

Dutch

Wash your hands like you got done eating a pile of Maryland crabs and you need to take your contacts out.
