Wash your hands like you got done eating a pile of Maryland crabs and you need to take your contacts out.

My friends -- I wanted to check in with you regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).

I checked in with the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and expressed concerns about high-risk MD-02 residents and the availability of testing kits. I will continue to be proactive in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic.

More information about and resources for the coronavirus can be found here: https://coronavirus.maryland.gov/

  • There are precautions you can take to keep you and those around you safe:
  • Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Do it regularly. If you don’t have access to water and soap, use hand sanitizer.
  • Practice safe social distances by avoiding close contact, including handshakes and selfies.
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow to minimize the spread of germs.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • If you don’t feel well, stay home for your protection and the protection of others.
