In 2023, with your support, we reached our goal of confirming 13 “phenominees” - judges that were waiting on the sidelines, their nominations languishing for MONTHS — some for over a year! - to their rightful spot on the federal bench. Movement lawyers Nusrat Choudhury and Natasha Merle, as examples, were nominated in January 2022 and were, at last, seated in the spring of this year. This pivot towards inclusive justice happened because of supporters like YOU!
