Every Idahoan I speak to knows someone affected by the current housing crisis. Seniors being priced out of homes, adult children having no other option than to return home, and rent prices soaring sky high. Yet, Idaho’s Congressional Delegation, Russ Fulcher, have done nothing to address this crisis. While large hedge funds currently own at least 26% of single family homes on the market, that number could be 40% by 2030, but only if we continue to do nothing.

Every Idahoan deserves the chance to be a homeowner, from our incredible students, our young families, to those looking at retirement. Help us make that possible.
Powerful and greedy investors are rapidly taking over the housing market and must be stopped. Idaho families should not have to compete with million-dollar corporations when buying a home.
Predatory hedge fund investors are artificially inflating prices, making first-time home ownership virtually impossible for young Idaho families.
The Hedge Fund Control of American Homes Act would help alleviate the housing shortage and prevent billionaire investors from artificially inflating the market and stealing the American Dream from hard-working Idahoans.
