Every Idahoan I speak to knows someone affected by the current housing crisis. Seniors being priced out of homes, adult children having no other option than to return home, and rent prices soaring sky high. Yet, Idaho’s Congressional Delegation, Russ Fulcher, have done nothing to address this crisis. While large hedge funds currently own at least 26% of single family homes on the market, that number could be 40% by 2030, but only if we continue to do nothing.
