OVC is seeking population certifications from eligible applicants to signal their intent to apply for the noncompetitive FY 2024 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program.
Population certifications play a critical role in determining formula award amounts allocated to each applicant. Eligible applicants that submit population certifications will receive invitations to submit a full application under a subsequent solicitation, set to be released later in 2024.
*All Population Certifications are due by 11:59 p.m. (Alaska time) on February 9, 2024.*
To facilitate this process, we strongly encourage you to acquaint yourselves with our digital Population Certification form [ [link removed] ].
