OVC is seeking population certifications from eligible applicants to signal their intent to apply for the noncompetitive FY 2024 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program.
Population certifications play a critical role in determining formula award amounts allocated to each applicant. Eligible applicants that submit population certifications will receive invitations to submit a full application under a subsequent solicitation, set to be released later in 2024.
All Population Certifications are due by 11:59 p.m. (Alaska time) on February 9, 2024.
To facilitate this process, we strongly encourage you to acquaint yourselves with our digital Population Certification form. This form has been designed to streamline and simplify the certification process. A webinar detailing the form's functionalities is available for your review. Additionally, a downloadable worksheet containing comprehensive information required for completing the certification is provided for your convenience.
