A payroll tax cut is not enough. In the midst of this coronavirus
pandemic, working families are losing out on hourly wages. If you’re not
working because people aren’t engaging with the service sector economy,
Trump’s plan won’t help you.

Time is of the essence. That’s why Rep. Tim Ryan and I are introducing a
new bill that would give between $1,000 and $6,000 to every American
family who earned less than $100,000 last year.

That’s the type of cash that people can use to prepare, that people can
use to get treatment, that people need in this time of crisis.
