Time is of the essence. That’s why Rep. Tim Ryan and I are introducing a new bill that would give between $1,000 and $6,000 to every American family who earned less than $100,000 last year.

That’s the type of cash that people can use to prepare, that people can use to get treatment, that people need in this time of crisis.
