Here we go.

It’s official: AIPAC’s top recruit just announced his campaign against my
movement brother and colleague, Congressman Jamaal Bowman.

This announcement comes the same week that House Republicans introduced,
and passed, a resolution to censure Jamaal — an action that even
Republicans on the Ethics Committee agree is a waste of time.

Republican-funded super PACs are literally standing by to launch attack
ads against Jamaal. They’ve been waiting years for the chance to take him
out, and they think this is their opportunity. And this is on the heels of
news that AIPAC is recruiting primary challengers to target me.

[ [link removed] ]I promised we would have Jamaal’s back, so I’m hoping you’ll split a
donation between our campaigns to hit our $5,000 rapid response goal and
show AIPAC our movement isn’t going anywhere.

We need to keep Jamaal in Congress, where he’s been fighting for bold
investments in programs that support at-risk youth, improve our education
infrastructure, and ensure families don’t have to choose between putting
food on the table or paying rent.

Together, we’ve worked together to demand paid sick time for rail workers,
because no one should have to choose between their life and their
livelihood. We’ve worked together to hold Republicans accountable for
their harmful and disconnected policies. And we’ve worked together in our
calls for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza to save lives, return all
hostages, and deliver lifesaving humanitarian aid.

I know
that our stances make us both targets for AIPAC and its Republican
billionaire donors. Don’t forget:

* AIPAC is funded by the same GOP mega-donors who give millions to
election-denying Republicans — including Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis,
and Ted Cruz.
* AIPAC routinely targets Black members of Congress.
* AIPAC endorsed *literal insurrectionists* last election.
* AIPAC is out of line with Jamaal’s district and out of line with any
commitment to peace, love, and humanity.

We need
all-hands-on-deck to keep Jamaal’s progressive voice in Congress.

[ [link removed] ]With the threats by right-wing groups like AIPAC only expected to
increase in the critical months ahead, we need to be able to compete
against their spending. That’s why we’ve set a goal to raise $5,000 today.
Chip in right now to help Jamaal and me defend our shared values and lift
up the voices of our movement in Congress.

CHIP IN RIGHT NOW

Yours in service,

Ayanna
