Junk fees: we’ve all paid them. The service fee for your online concert ticket. The added charge for overhead bin space on flights. Overdraft and out-of-network ATM fees. The list goes on and on.

Junk fees cost Americans tens of billions of dollars each year. It’s time we put an end to them.

The Federal Trade Commission is considering a rule that would ban junk fees and give consumers peace of mind that the price they see is the price they’ll pay. Before this rule can be implemented, the FTC must collect public comments. Will you sign this petition and tell the FTC to ban Junk fees? Nobody should have to worry about hidden fees when they shop.
