It’s been nearly 20 years since a Republican has won a U.S. House seat in Connecticut, but in 2022 they almost broke the streak. We can’t let that happen. Chip in now to help us fight extremism, keep CT blue, and win back the House in 2024!

It’s important that we know the strong Democratic leaders fighting for us in Washington and who are up for re-election in 2024. That’s why we’re turning a spotlight on our federal delegation throughout this month.
Let’s meet John Larson, Representative for Connecticut’s First Congressional District:

Rep. John Larson likes to say he’s the proud product of public housing, public education, and public service. His dedication to fighting for working class families, seniors, and small businesses runs as deep as his roots growing up in East Hartford.
His commitment to working families has been evident since his first days in elected office. Rep. Larson authored and passed the first Family Medical Leave act in the nation during his time in the state senate, and today he continues to lead in Congress on working family initiatives.
Rep. Larson serves on the influential House Ways and Means Committee and as Ranking Member of the Social Security Subcommittee. He has been recognized as Social Security’s #1 champion in Congress and has led Democratic efforts to defend the program from Republican cuts. His widely supported Social Security plan would not only protect earned benefits for decades to come, but it would also enhance benefits for the first time in over 50 years.
While extreme Republicans in Congress continue on a path of conspiracies and chaos, Rep. Larson remains focused on the kitchen table issues affecting seniors and working families. He is working tirelessly to build a brighter future for the First Congressional District, Connecticut, and our nation.
It’s critical we send Rep. Larson and all of Connecticut’s Democratic federal delegation back to Washington. But in order to keep CT blue, we need your support. Please consider making a year end gift today! [[link removed]]
Sincerely,
Your CT Dems
