Whether you’re from North Dakota or live elsewhere in the greatest country in the world, we’re glad you’re here. Every day, I wake up and am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to serve the citizens of North Dakota, where we empower people, improve lives, and inspire success.



In the tiny North Dakota town where I was raised, ‘woke’ was what you did at 5:00 AM to start the day. An entrepreneur at a young age, I started a shoeshine business, worked at the grain elevator, and as a chimney sweep to pave my way through college.



We ignored those who said North Dakota was too small, too cold, and too remote to build a world-class software company. I literally ‘bet the farm’ to help build a tiny startup into a billion-dollar company with customers in 132 countries.

Everyone said a kid from small-town North Dakota couldn’t achieve that kind of success, but that’s America - the land of opportunity!
