We're getting ready for our spring planning meeting tomorrow. As the NDP Treasurer, it's my job to go through the books and give an update on the numbers before decisions are made.

Right now, I'm feeling a little nervous. The winter is always a slow time for fundraising, but now we're picking up the pace. We've set an ambitious target of raising $50,000 before midnight tonight. If we come up short, we may have to cut back on our work, fighting for pharmacare and climate action.

Our grassroots donors have dug deep over the last few days, but we're not there yet. Can you chip in $3 or more right now?

I know our goal is ambitious - we only had 5 days to raise $50,000. But I know what our supporters are capable of. We need to raise just $18,000 today to put us over the top.
