As the National Director of Canada's NDP, I have the best political job in the country. Our party is growing and reinvigorated - it's an amazing time to be working in Ottawa.

From pharmacare to climate action, we're fighting for the issues regular Canadians care about. Right now, planning for the spring, and one of the things that keeps me up at night is whether we will have the financial resources to move those fights forward.

We're already using our position in this minority Parliament to demand action from Trudeau on Pharmacare. While the Conservatives leadership candidates are in a race to the bottom, our team is forcing the Liberals to act on the issues.

On Thursday morning, our senior leadership team is coming together to map out our plan - and we want to put Jagmeet and our MPs on the road, talking to Canadians. We have to keep up the pressure on the Liberals - we can't let up for even a minute. If we don't have the dollars to power our campaigns, we'll have to make some tough choices about what we can move forward - and what we need to cut back.
