Year after year, millions of people cast their votes on everything from ballot initiatives to state legislative races to presidential elections. This wouldn’t be possible without the truly amazing poll workers who commit to making our elections run smoothly.

These workers buckle down for long shifts and complete extensive training to help our democracy thrive, even as extremists attempt to undermine their critical work.
