Hey John, I
just had a call with my finance team, and there’s good and bad news.

First, the bad news: We’re still not on track to meet our mid-quarter
goal. Not by much, but enough to throw our momentum off for the rest of
the quarter.

According to my team, if we can raise another $40,000 from emails like
this one before our deadline this Wednesday, we’ll have closed the gap and
set ourselves up for success.

I hate to do this, but we’re in a tough spot, so I need to ask you:
