The U.S. Supreme Court is currently hearing a case from a veteran fighting
to access his full educational benefits under the G.I. Bill.
FBI Agent James R. Rudisill — who served multiple tours of duty in
Afghanistan and Iraq, faced injury, and received the Bronze Star — was
wrongly denied his full 48 months of educational benefits.
Rob and 41 other attorneys general filed an amicus brief to stand with Mr.
Rudisill and demand he and other veterans like him receive the benefits
they have more than earned through their military service.

This case is a reminder that the U.S. government must deliver on our
promises to veterans.
Rob and everyone on our team thanks and honors our military veterans who
courageously served our country.
