The U.S. Supreme Court is currently hearing a case from a veteran fighting to access his full educational benefits under the G.I. Bill.
FBI Agent James R. Rudisill — who served multiple tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq, faced injury, and received the Bronze Star — was wrongly denied his full 48 months of educational benefits.
Rob and 41 other attorneys general filed an amicus brief to stand with Mr. Rudisill and demand he and other veterans like him receive the benefits they have more than earned through their military service.
Before we celebrate Veterans Day, will you add your name to join Rob in support of veterans like Mr. Rudisill and urge SCOTUS to grant his full educational benefits?
