Did you know that we have lawyers fighting in courts across the country for your safe food and clean water?  

For more than 50 years, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has neglected to regulate factory farm pollution, allowing the industry to freely pollute our waterways and threaten our drinking water. After denying our petition urging the agency to strengthen its factory farm water pollution regulations, we filed a lawsuit to ensure we see much needed change to address the mounting factory farm pollution crisis.
