Reminder for Public Hearing on Death Benefits Rules

DWC has proposed amendments to Texas Administrative Code Section 122.100 [ [link removed] ] and new Section 124.8 [ [link removed] ], concerning claims for death benefits. The rule proposal implements changes made to the Texas Labor Code by House Bill 2314 [ [link removed] ], 88th Legislature, Regular Session.

The public hearing will be held on Zoom at 11 a.m., Central time, on October 24, 2023.
