Reminder for Public Hearing on Death Benefits Rules

DWC has proposed amendments to Texas Administrative Code Section 122.100 and new Section 124.8, concerning claims for death benefits. The rule proposal implements changes made to the Texas Labor Code by House Bill 2314, 88th Legislature, Regular Session.

The public hearing will be held on Zoom at 11 a.m., Central time, on October 24, 2023.
