Earlier this year, the Biden administration announced plans to expand DACA
recipients’ access to health insurance programs like the Affordable Care Act
(ACA), undoing a decade of cruel restrictions.

Unfortunately, we are less than 20 days away from when the ACA enrollment period
begins — the period in which DACA recipients would be able to start applying for
coverage — and the administration has yet to finalize this policy.

If this rule is not immediately finalized, DACA recipients may miss out on the
opportunity to get health coverage.

We cannot afford to waste any more time. That’s why we’re collecting signatures
on a petition that we will send to President Biden, urging him to implement this
