Dear John,
CDC data shows that in 2021 U.S. firearm fatalities reached a record high of 48,830. This means that someone was killed by a gun every 11 minutes, and preliminary data for 2022 shows little reduction in gun violence.
We as a nation are better than this. The Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions’ recent national survey on gun policy shows [[link removed]] that a majority of Americans support gun policies proven to reduce gun violence .
Will you make a gift to help the Center do MORE to prevent the tragic consequences of gun violence? [[link removed]]
With your help, the Center can advance strategic gun violence prevention solutions that will help fulfill a shared vision of a safer America.
