Adopted 10% Homestead Exemptions for Tarrant County and JPS All three actions above are historic firsts for Tarrant County Instituted a conservative, cost-conscious culture at the County Public Safety Purchased a Tactical Armored Vehicle for the Sheriff’s Office Designated AARPA funds for the purchase of a Law Enforcement Training Academy Voted for hiring incentives to strengthen recruitment in Sheriff's Office Permanently shut down Temptations night club, a haven for crime and mischief in Tarrant County General Progress Eliminated mandatory Unconscious Bias training Rescinded the Covid-19 Emergency Declaration Helped create an Election Integrity Task Force You can rest assured that every day I am in office, my staff and I are actively looking for ways to protect you and your hard earned dollars from government bloat and waste.
