While only Ohio voters vote directly on reproductive rights, abortion access is on the line in all three states.

Here’s what’s at stake in November:

Virginia
:
Virginia
is
the
last
southern
state
without
a
post-Dobbs
abortion
ban,
but
with
every
single
seat
up
for
grabs
in
the
Virginia
Legislature,
that
status
is
in
jeopardy.
Governor
Glenn
Youngkin
has
already
said
he
will
pursue
an
abortion
ban
if
Republicans
win
control.

Ohio
:
In
August,
Ohio
voters
rejected
a
Republican-led
effort
to
make
it
harder
to
amend
Ohio’s
constitution.
If
a
November
ballot
measure
passes
by
a
50%
plus
one
margin,
reproductive
rights
will
be
enshrined
in
the
Ohio
constitution.

Kentucky
:
After
Dobbs,
Kentucky’s
Republican-led
legislature
passed
an
extreme
measure
banning
abortion,
even
in
cases
of
rape
and
incest.
The
Republican
nominee
for
Governor
has
previously
expressed
support
for
the
ban.
