In one month, Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio voters will head to the polls in the most important elections of 2023.

While only Ohio voters vote directly on reproductive rights, abortion access is on the line in all three states.

We’ll explain why in just a moment, but first, will you add your name and show your support for restoring reproductive rights in America? We’ve set an ambitious goal of collecting 10,000 signatures from our grassroots team before voters head to the polls this November, and we still need to hear from you.

Here’s what’s at stake in November:

• Virginia: Virginia is the last southern state without a post-Dobbs abortion ban, but with every single seat up for grabs in the Virginia Legislature, that status is in jeopardy. Governor Glenn Youngkin has already said he will pursue an abortion ban if Republicans win control.
• Ohio: In August, Ohio voters rejected a Republican-led effort to make it harder to amend Ohio’s constitution. If a November ballot measure passes by a 50% plus one margin, reproductive rights will be enshrined in the Ohio constitution.
• Kentucky: After Dobbs, Kentucky’s Republican-led legislature passed an extreme measure banning abortion, even in cases of rape and incest. The Republican nominee for Governor has previously expressed support for the ban.

In 2023 and beyond, Win the Era will work day and night to support candidates who will defend reproductive freedom at every level of government. We can protect the rights of millions of women and their families this November, but we need you with us.
