Hi JohnA recent study by the National Partnership for Women & Families shows that over 36 million women of reproductive age, including 2.9 million with disabilities , live in states likely to enact abortion bans. Disabled people already face 11x the risk of death during pregnancy and are more likely to experience dangerous complications. In addition to this, there is a dire shortage of healthcare providers trained to manage pregnancies in disabled people.
