melting down about a change in Senate dress code, blaming John for “the
deterioration of this country” + literally comparing the rules change to
the fall of Rome. (We WISH we were kidding.)

Meanwhile — three. That's how many days we are away from a full government
shutdown.

If a shutdown happens, it will be catastrophic for the middle class —
causing delays to travel + supply chains, stalling paychecks for millions
of government employees + service members, and hurting those who rely on
government assistance to get by.

I mean c'mon. How wrong can the fringe right's priorities be???

We need to take the threat of a MAGA shutdown seriously, and we need to
have serious representatives working hard to keep the government running —
no matter what they choose to wear to do it.
