John, last week, Congresswoman Delia Ramirez reached out to tell you about our team's first weekend of petitioning (if you haven't read that email, we've attached it to the bottom of this one).
Our team has set an ambitious goal of collecting 4000 signatures to show how much support Delia has for re-election. And to get those, we need to support our field team to 1) knock on doors 2) tell folks about Delia's work in Congress, and of course, 3) collect signatures.
Delia is so excited to build a large field operation this year, bringing in our partners and endorsed campaigns to reach as many residents as possible.
Our movement is stronger together, but it still requires resources to empower our efforts. 10,000 pieces of union-printed campaign literature (with Delia's record and vision) costs about $1,055.

Delia Ramirez has dedicated her life and career to public service and advocating for working families. She is a deeply rooted community leader and public servant whose values are informed by her upbringing as the daughter of Guatemalan immigrants.
In 2022, Delia was elected to represent Illinois’ 3rd Congressional District and became the first Latina Congresswoman in the Midwest. In just a few months in Congress, she has introduced legislation with bipartisan support to help student veterans, is co-leading the Dream and Promise Act, and is introducing legislation that gives tenants the right to organize.
