The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, has posted an Amended Real Property Tax Credit (non-agland) and Agricultural Land Tax Credit for Tax Year 2023 [ [link removed] ] news release to the website. The news release credit calculations now include gaming income as authorized by Neb.
