The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, has posted an Amended Real Property Tax Credit (non-agland) and Agricultural Land Tax Credit for Tax Year 2023 news release to the website. The news release credit calculations now include gaming income as authorized by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 9-1204 and Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-4212(1).
